Limited Preventative & Reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.Routine Inspections of Fire Safety Systems.Routing Inspections of Facility and Grounds.

Basic Carpentry and maintenance of facility physical structure.Basic trouble shooting / repairs on Electrical, Plumbing, walls & floors.

Coordinating with vendors on contracted work. The ideal candidate will have : Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary / Associates Degree with a minimum of 0-2 years of prior related experienceExperience with using a facility and equipment CMMS (e.

g. Faciliworks)OSHA, NFPA, EPA, and / or other related education or professional credentials a plus.HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical certifications a plus.
