As a Welding Supervisor , you will:
Participates in, and conducts company training programs. Monitors and reports the effectiveness of training on employees during the orientation period and for career development. May be involved in initial plan design and existing plan enhancements. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Position Requirements:

• Welding Experience in multiple processes
• Experience training Welder preferred
• CWI/CWE preferred not required
• Welding instructor
• Strong hands on welding exp (7-10 yrs)
• Train new trainees, present classroom materials
• 1 day in classroom and other days giving demonstration to trainees in the weld room
• Education - high school

The ideal candidate will have: Strong hands on welding exp (7-10 yrs).

Pay Range*: $45 - $51 per Hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
