Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Warehouse Supervisor

Position Type : Contract

Duration- 07 Months

Location- Round Lake, IL

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will :

• Oversee warehouse activities including receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and shipment preparation. Ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Process) standards.
• Staff Supervision : Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff. Conduct performance reviews, manage employee schedules, and address any employee-related issues.
• Process Optimization : Implement strategies to improve safety, quality, and efficiency in warehouse operations. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure raw materials and finished goods are available as needed.
• Compliance : Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including Client and Federal Trade Zone requirements. Serve as the point of contact for warehouse audits.
• Budget Management : Develop and manage the warehouse department budget. Monitor expenses and control costs without compromising quality or safety.

Ensure timely and accurate delivery to distribution centers.

The ideal candidate will have :

• Experience : A minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or a related field, with a proven track record of leading teams.
• Education : A Bachelor's degree in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving results.

Other Requirements : Familiarity with warehouse management software and tools, as well as a solid understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

Pay Range* : $40-$44.66 per hour.

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
