Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Property Management Bookkeeper that is seeking to join a rapidly growing Real Estate/Long Term Rental company in Orlando.
Position Responsibilities
Manage all extensive accounting tasks including but not limited to, accounts receivables and payables, bank reconciliation, maintain and balance general ledger, prepare individual property reports.
Ability to effectively present information and respond top questions from property managers, clients, vendors and team members.
Handle Phone/Email Communications
The Perfect Candidate will possess:
1 years accounting experience
1 years in property management, or a closely related field
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
Appfolio experience is a plus!
Strong Organizational And Analytical Skills With Attention To Detail.Ability to work quickly, accurately, and flexible in managing changing priorities
Excellent people skills
Ability to work independently and in a high-volume environment
Preparing and ensuring the accuracy of all ledgers, accounts and portfolios.
The ability to act responsibly and ethically when working with sensitive financial information, whether it’s information for the company or for individuals
