DescriptionPosition Summary: Sort, process, and scan documents in the Document Management System to ensure continuous operation of the department.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities to ensure the quality and safety of the product will include, but not be limited to:
- Perform scanning of documents and save them in the specified location in the document Management System.
- Verify accuracy of entered data and file location.
- Assist in file maintenance, both electronic and hard copy, maintain document history files per established SOP’s.
- Assist in maintaining the data and document control system to ensure continuous improvement.
- Maintain the integrity of the company-wide read-only directory of electronic controlled documents.
- Reports to work regularly and on time.
- Perform duties safely and to report unsafe conditions or actions.
- Assists in other duties as needed and directed.
- Language Skills – Must be able to read and comprehend instructions and hold general conversations in English.
- Computer Skills – Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and other business-related software
- Skilled in monitoring, analyzing, critical thinking, and active listening.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, orientation to quality, problem sensitivity, problem solving, and ability to take initiation.
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures, data entry and cGMP’s.
- Employment is contingent on successful completion of drug screen & background check**
