TechnicianDuties :

• Work with managers inrestaurants and hospitality to provide full service solutions forcommercial cooking cooling cleaning and other food serviceequipment.
• Show your mechanical skillsproblemsolving abilities and knack for reading diagrams andblueprints.
• Skillfully troubleshoot diagnoseand fix Commercial Kitchen Equipment including cooking cooling andcleaning equipment.
• Talk with manufacturers whenneeded to help find out what's wrong and identify the rightparts.
• Seek technical support from theTechnical Assistance Group while at the jobsite.
• Install all parts ordered by thecustomer quickly professionally and following companyrules.
• Suggest other services our clientoffers to customers whenrelevant.
• Follow safety rules and practicesto prevent accidents.
• Keep your service vehicle cleanand organized and keep track of parts andtools.
• Keep up with work at a pace thatmeets company standards.
