**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Paint Prepper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have PAINT PREPPING knowledge and experience in BUFFING, airless paint spraying, and vehicle maintenance.

Experience in a dealership or auto restoration setting is a plus. **Duties:**

- Prepare vehicles for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking surfaces -

- Perform buffing and polishing to ensure a smooth finish - Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy - Assist with general shop duties as needed

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in auto body repair or painting preferred - Knowledge of auto estimating is beneficial - Familiarity with hand tools and equipment used in auto body shops

- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed

**Skills:** - Buffing experience - Airless paint spraying proficiency - Vehicle maintenance skills - Experience in a dealership setting is advantageous -

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.41 - $26.00 per hour
