The Arlington of Naples is recruiting for a hospitality focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Innovative Home Services team! This position is responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents and delegate and supervise the care and services provided by Licensed Nurses and Certified Nurses Aides. Administer medications, perform treatments and procedures, obtain specimens as needed, and complete documentation as required.
Wage: Starting at $35/hour
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a RN with the Innovative Home Services team:

• Determines home care needs based off the service plan and identified plan of care. Makes necessary revisions as client status and needs change. Includes the client and the family in the planning process.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Provides direct client care.
• Counsels the client and family in meeting client needs.
• Provides health care instructions to the client as appropriate per assessment and plan of care.
• Identifies discharge planning needs as part of the care plan development and implements prior to discharge of the client.
• Prepares clinical notes and updates the primary physician when necessary.
• Communicates with the physician regarding the client's needs and reports any changes in the client's condition; obtains/receives physician's orders as required.
• Coordinates the care plan with other healthcare practitioners as needed.
• Instructs, performs supervisory visits, and evaluates LPN, HHA, and CNA care.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• Current RN license state of Florida.
• One to two years of recent experience in a private duty or clinical setting preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Has excellent observation and communication skills.
• Is self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision.
• Is flexible and cooperative in fulfilling obligations.
• Complies with accepted professional standards and practice.
• If providing transportation services, must hold a valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
• Has ability to read, follow written instructions, and document services provided.
• Must be comfortable with using computers and have basic skills with computer platforms such as Word and Excel.
