Innovative Driven is seeking a Practice Systems Analyst to join the team at a highly prestigious, international law firm client in NYC!

In this role, the successful candidate will assist key stakeholders in identifying and implementing new and manage existing innovative practice solutions to support the Firm’s practice groups. This role will work closely with Knowledge Management Lawyers, Practice Group Managers & other staff to develop supporting roles and processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take charge of the firm's practice systems which include configuration, feeds, data collections, and integrations with other systems.
• Manage cloud-based systems to facilitate internal communications & sharing.
• Assist with development, implementation, and administration of databases that enable knowledge management and client service efficiencies.
• Develop and implement processes improvement for firm systems.
• Work with the firm's IT groups to ensure that all systems and practice technologies are in line with the firm's IT strategy.
• Work closely with the internal teams to ensure systems remain compliant.
• Remain up to date on practice system & knowledge management systems.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the firm's knowledge management activities and make recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct periodic reviews of data and data points collected by various systems to ensure data quality and cross-compatibility.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Library and Information Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in knowledge management or innovation/applications team in a law firm or professional services organization.
• Knowledge in diagraming solutions like Visio or Lucidchart and understanding of UML and wireframing an application.
