Join an exceptional team at Carton Craft Supply, located in their office in Alpharetta ! Carton Craft Supply is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Representative to enhance their team.

This role demands a detail-oriented individual with outstanding communication and time management abilities. Strong customer service skills, empathy, patience, and a proactive approach to providing quick responses and resolutions are essential. At Carton Craft Supply, you'll be welcomed into a supportive, team-oriented, family-like atmosphere, where many associates have enjoyed long tenures of 20-30 years.

Note: This is an in-office position in Alpharetta, with hours from 8:30am to 5pm (not remote or hybrid).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Consistently engage with customers to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Educate customers on products and their applications
  • Provide quotes and samples upon request
  • Collaborate with the outside sales team to identify growth opportunities
  • Assist with sales reporting and review sales trends
  • Process customer orders via phone, email, and website with utmost accuracy
  • Address customer service issues, returns, and shipping concerns

Job Requirements:

  • Two years of experience in an account management or sales support role within an industrial warehouse or supplier setting
  • Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn product applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Eagerness to learn new things
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Sage X3 is a plus
  • College degree preferred but not required; High School diploma required
