Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and systems
- Conduct inspections to identify any issues or potential hazards
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems
- Maintain and repair boilers, pumps, motors, and other mechanical equipment
- Fabricate and install fixtures, equipment, and structures as needed
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal functioning of all systems
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or tenants
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
- Provide excellent customer service to address any facility-related concerns
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Facilities Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of industrial mechanics and maintenance procedures
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, electrical systems, and low voltage wiring
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
