Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of project management and/or inside sales experience
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Knowledge of the sign and/or related industry would be extremely helpful
- Quick learner and able to work independently.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
- Detail oriented and can work at a fast pace.
- Team player and good organizational skills
Duties will consist but not limited to the following:
- Ability to manage assigned projects from beginning of the sales process to completion.
- Research and coordinate additional outside services needed to complete jobs timely and accurately.
- Create Purchase Orders and Purchase materials needed for assigned jobs.
- Ability to independently create and submit estimates for current projects to customer in a timely manner.
- Follow up on completed projects with customers.
- Strong team player that has excellent communication skills working within a team setting.
- Occasionally attend after hour networking events and seminars.
- Conduct professional follow up phone calls.
