We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven professional to join our team as an Executive Sales Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with the Executive Director of Sales to streamline and manage day-to-day operations related to Customer Service, Sales, Field Management, Corporate Accounts, and E-Commerce. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Requirements:**Qualifications:**
1. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between various teams, including Customer Service, Sales, Corporate Accounts, and E-Commerce Partners, ensuring seamless operations.
2. Assess and enhance operational processes for increased efficiency and productivity, implementing best practices to optimize workflow.
3. Establish and maintain systems for task management, ensuring organized prioritization and timely completion of responsibilities.
4. Provide comprehensive support to the Executive Director of Sales, including schedule management, preparation of sales materials, and coordination of follow-up activities.
5. Manage and oversee E-Commerce and Corporate Account operations in line with company strategy, executing activities to achieve desired outcomes.
6. Work in tandem with Field Managers to synchronize strategies, monitor performance metrics, and tackle operational issues.
7. Employ data analytics to observe key performance indicators (KPIs) and furnish actionable insights for ongoing enhancement.
8. Produce regular reports detailing team performance, accomplishments, and areas requiring attention for the Executive Director of Sales.
9. Collaborate with HR to ascertain training needs and promote the professional growth of the sales team, as well as assisting in recruitment efforts for the US Sales Department.
