Position Details:

• Configure and maintain existing production equipment according to changing production needs and assist in installing new equipment in the plant.
• Perform all tasks and responsibilities in a manner that ensures personal and others' safety.
• Conduct line equipment repair activities, including accurate and timely documentation.
• Support production schedule by performing line changeovers as required.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.

· Ensure the daily operation of the production line.

• Troubleshoot malfunctioning packing equipment.
• Assist the sanitation department in cleaning rooms when needed.
• Maintain and clean the work area, crib, job site, tools, and equipment.
• Communicate effectively by presenting information, responding appropriately, and seeking feedback.
• Collaborate with managers, supervisors, and operators to ensure timely and accurate services.

Train others to develop basic maintenance and advanced operating skills.

• Utilize TPM methods, specifically Effective Maintenance, to ensure equipment efficiency and reliability.
• Mondays: 5:00am- 1:30pm.
• Tuesday-Friday: 6:00am-2:30pm.

Requirements:

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Experience in packaging and filling equipment maintenance.
• Ability to perform in a manufacturing environment, including lifting 50 lbs.
• Excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and react to changing priorities to support production.
• This position requires daily attendance on site.
• Must have two years’ experience in personal care product manufacturing.
• Must have two years’ experience in industrial maintenance.
• Possess experience in working at an onsite location in a manufacturing setting.
