Position Details:

• Inspect, test, and measure materials or products using optical devices, specialized tools, and equipment to ensure quality standards.
• Conduct 100% visual inspections, batch inspections, electronic inspections, AQL sampling, and line auditing according to control plans.
• Monitor and audit ESD and board handling.
• Maintain accurate quality records, such as forms, logs, and certificates of conformance.
• Document inspection results and mark items with acceptance or rejection status.
• Discuss inspection results with responsible parties and recommend corrective actions.
• Notify supervisors of quality-related issues and assist in resolving them.
• Collaborate with quality and engineering personnel on containment issues.
• Request, initiate, and verify completion of PCRs, deviations, and quality reject tags based on inspection findings.
• Perform and maintain duties related to 5S activities.
• Coordinate with Production Supervisors and Coordinators to meet production priorities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• 1st Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm

Requirements:

• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Maintain high focus and extreme attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of IPC-A-600 and IPC-A-610 quality standards or ability to achieve a 90% score in training and testing.
• Read and interpret customer prints, fabrication, and dimensional drawings.
• Proficient in using measurement tools like rulers, calipers, micrometers, and pin gauges.
• Willingness to work required overtime to meet manufacturing and customer needs.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Good vision required, ideally 20/20 with corrective lenses.
