What We Want:

The ideal Customer Account Manager is an analytical and organized self-starter who enjoys being customer focused. The Customer Account Manager will have strong Microsoft Excel skills, including using pivot tables and macros. 5 years of order processing and order support experience in a manufacturing setting is highly desired. As the Customer Account Manager, you will have ERP software experience. Being bilingual in Spanish and English will put you ahead of the rest!

What You’ll Do:

As the Customer Account Manager, you are responsible for the daily management of orders and inventory. You will ensure any issues regarding the ordering process are researched and resolved. The Customer Account Manager will maintain a strong relationship with the sales department to ensure company goals and objectives are being met.
