Job DescriptionJob Description would consist of, but not be limited to the following: Parts Sales:
Innovative Technology Solutions is a leading provider of infrastructure equipment and services for the small, medium and fortune 500 companies. The Company was founded in Lenexa Kansas in 1997 to ensure our clients have as close to 100% uptime with their computer and critical process infrastructure. Even though we supply equipment and services to our clients, the company is built by and fueled with people. Our business depends on selecting the right people and guiding them to grow within the organization. In 2021 we became an “Employee Owned “ (ESOP) organization with over 50 people in six locations. ITS has built its foundation on threading expertise and experiences fostered by the professional culture and commitment of our people.
- Manage day to day customer parts sales requests and provide superb customer service
- Perform product research with manufacturers to support customer requests
- Create purchase orders, bill of ladings and schedule shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory counts on a monthly basis
- Answer incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Maintain project folders and input design information into respected folders, highlight job build specs
- Assist in the creation of opportunities in CRM and building equipment designs to meet spec.
- Become proficient in generating quotations in a timely and effective manner for thermal small systems
- Assist in the order processing and tracking of small system orders, keeping clients updated on the status of shipments
- Develop strong relationships with end users, consulting engineers, mechanical/general contractors through phone calls and Microsoft Teams Meetings
- Maintain CRM system on a weekly/daily basis as needed
- Requirements:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must have excellent communication (written & oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Must be organized and dependable
- Must pass background check and drug test
