We are seeking a Part-Time Client Service Representative to join our team and cover weekend shifts. This role is crucial in maintaining smooth operations during our busiest times and ensuring a high standard of client and patient care.

Prior experience as a veterinary receptionist is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Interaction : Greet clients warmly, manage check-ins, and provide support during their visit.
• Appointment Management : Schedule and confirm appointments, manage wait times, and ensure efficient patient flow.
• Communication : Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Record Keeping : Accurately input and update client and patient information in our system.
• Payment Processing : Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and manage financial transactions.
• Emergency Handling : Respond to emergency situations calmly and efficiently, ensuring that clients and patients receive timely care.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with veterinary staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise to Be Successful

• Experience : Prior experience as a veterinary receptionist or in a similar role strongly preferred.
• Customer Service : Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, compassionate demeanor.
• Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Flexibility : Availability for first or second shifts on weekends. Some additional shifts may be available as needed.
