Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 / hour

We are seeking a Part-Time Client Service Representative to join our team and cover weekend shifts. This role is crucial in maintaining smooth operations during our busiest times and ensuring a high standard of client and patient care. Prior experience as a veterinary receptionist is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Interaction: Greet clients warmly, manage check-ins, and provide support during their visit.
- Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments, manage wait times, and ensure efficient patient flow.
- Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Record Keeping: Accurately input and update client and patient information in our system.
- Payment Processing: Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and manage financial transactions.
- Emergency Handling: Respond to emergency situations calmly and efficiently, ensuring that clients and patients receive timely care.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with veterinary staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Experience: Prior experience as a veterinary receptionist or in a similar role strongly preferred.
- Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, compassionate demeanor.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Flexibility: Availability for first or second shifts on weekends. Some additional shifts may be available as needed.
