Full-Time Client Services Representative (Night shift)

Description
Our Client Service Representatives (CSRs) are the first point of contact for all clients needing assistance at our front desk. Their job is to act as a liaison between pet owners and the clinical team that is caring for their pet.
This is a fast-paced position, as we are an integral part to a busy hospital, with many different teams and departments.
This opening is for a night shift position.
Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:

• Provide friendly, quality customer care to patients and clients
• Process invoice payments
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and obtain all necessary medical history
• Determine the status of the patient's immunizations and tests
• Communicate with the doctor and technical staff on the patient's arrival and necessary treatments
• Fill prescriptions, food requests, and over-the-counter products as instructed by a veterinarian
• Accurately input data into computer software
• Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby and exam rooms
• Work with all departments, helping to organize referral scheduling, direct questions, and relaying any further information or requests

Qualifications:

• Must have weekend and holiday availability
• Strong customer service and reception experience
• A history or knowledge basis in veterinary medicine is preferred
• Strong communication and organization skills
• The ability to multi-task
• Conflict resolution skills
• Willing to move frequently in a fast-paced atmosphere
• High school diploma
• Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds
