Training is PAID and is a duration of two weeks.
We are currently seeking Customer Service Agents with experience previously in a call center environment. MUST have a great understanding of the importance of providing excellent customer service to consumers.
This is an inbound customer service position; there is NO outbound calling or sales .
Starting Pay Rate $10.00 ($11 for bilingual) Pay will be reviewed 30 days, after completed training.
Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Retaining existing customer monthly memberships
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Previous work from home experience
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to multitask and quickly adapt and learn new programs
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Availability to work Saturday's- required for the position
