The first mission of the AE is to increase Innovien's footprint inside current clients by 60% or more over the first two years in the role. This growth is accomplished through successfully nurturing both new and existing relationships while finding and closing opportunities within established enterprise accounts. The second mission is to mentor, develop & promote other account managers within their portfolio to establish a national account team by the end of year one.
Objectives of the Account Executive:
Grow revenue of portfolio by 60% by end of year two
Develop & train portfolio Account Managers & Associate Account Managers to establish focused National Account team by end of year one
