We are seeking a skilled Golang Lead with a strong background in AWS & DevOps, networking concepts, monitoring and observability tools such as FluentBit, Telegraf, Vector, Prometheus, and Grafana, along with expertise in general engineering areas like databases, APIs, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in the development of high-quality, scalable, and efficient Golang applications and services.
  Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, utilizing DevOps best practices for automation, configuration management, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of networking principles and protocols, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security of systems.
• Implement and maintain monitoring solutions using tools such as FluentBit, Telegraf, Vector, Prometheus, and Grafana to ensure system health, performance, and availability.
• Contribute to database design, API development, and security best practices within the engineering team, promoting code quality, security, and scalability

Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in Go programming language with experience in building scalable and efficient applications.
Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.) and familiarity with DevOps tools (Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, etc.).
Deep understanding of networking protocols, DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP/S, load balancing, and firewall concepts.
Experience with monitoring tools such as FluentBit, Telegraf, Vector, Prometheus, Grafana, and knowledge of logging, metrics, and tracing.
Familiarity with database systems (SQL, NoSQL), RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cybersecurity best practices.
Proven experience in leading technical teams, mentoring junior developers, and driving technical initiatives to successful outcomes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
