DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Develop annual advertising calendar aligned with strategic corporate & product promotional activities globally and across multiple channels, and manage advertising spend. Manage all monthly deliverables.• Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, paid advertising, SEO, and content marketing.• Maintain Inolex’s front end digital presence, including website, e-commerce site, and relationship with industry ingredient database partners.• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas and strategies for engaging campaigns.• Develop and schedule social media posts including working with creative designers and/or video agencies to create posts, copywriting captions, monitoring social media channels, and engaging with followers.• Assist in conducting keyword research and optimizing website content for SEO.• Manage and analyze digital marketing metrics to track advertising & website performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide direction for advertising spend.• Track and analyze all lead generation initiatives to generate actionable insights, optimizations, and recommendations for future lead generating activities and campaigns.• Foster relationships with media partners and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.• Ability to build relationships with external partners and be able to professionally represent Inolex.• Other activities as assigned by management
