Responsibilities

• Work with existing Inora systems, procedures and document templates to generate/process the following things:
• Input data into internal tracking systems and digitally file documents. (e.g. Customer Relationship Management Software).
• Prepare proposals/quotations for customers.
• Create internal work orders based on customer orders.
• Prepare invoices to be sent to customers.
• Document incoming shipments for receiving process.
• Prepare shipping paperwork (packing slips, shipping labels, etc.)
• Possibility for other sales, marketing and support tasks as needed/requested. 

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, operations, or a related field (current students eligible). Work experience considered in place of degree.
• Any knowledge and/or experience in the software and/or manufacturing industry.
• Basic computer/technology literacy (e.g. able to write professional emails).
• Familiarity with Microsoft office (Especially Excel).
• Ability to work with CRM system.
• Effective communication, organizational and teamworking skills.
• Standard unrestricted U.S.A. driver’s license. (mandatory)
• Eligible to work in the U.S.A. (OPT okay, however no sponsorship is available at this time).
