About the Clinical Technician 1 Position : Clinical Technician 1 in the Progressive Care Unit (52 N) at the Inova Loudoun Hospital

Communicates and collaborates with care team members to implement the plan of care to meet individualized and developmental patient care outcomes.

Partners with the Registered Nurse to create a professional development plan to gain the necessary skills to deliver up to date patient care and utilizes information to continuously improve patient care and practice while enhancing outcomes.

Shift : 12 hour Day shift

Schedule : Days vary

Training : Ideal candidate must be able to attend 6 week training

Requirements :

• Experience : One year experience in an acute care setting as a clinical technician and / or successful completion of one acute care clinical rotation in an Accredited RN Program.
• Education : High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certification : BLS within 90 days of hire.
• Training : Candidate must be able to attend six week training orientation upon hire.
• Special Skills : Proficient in English. Verbal and written communication skills required.
