Job Summary: Oversee and coordinate the continuous improvement efforts and maximize capacity of Endurant manufacturing operations.

Primary Duties:

1. Have an understanding of proper handling of all hazardous chemicals.
2. Supervise overall production and production employees.
3. Implementation and development of new processes & products
4. Ensures on-time delivery of Endurant products (to shipping)
5. Advise Supervisor of needed materials
6. Train new employees
7. Select, direct, advise, and support all job functions in the manufacturing area.
8. Assure proper quality control and specifications of department.
9. Shop 6S , ISO and housekeeping (especially hazardous dust)
10. Cycle counts and inventory locations of Endurant products.
11. Inpro product knowledge
12. Ability to operate forklifts/ lifts.
13. Understanding Environmental requirements
14. All other assigned duties as directed by Supervisor or Plant Manager.

Specifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience, or equivalent
3. Proven leadership ability
4. Good communication skills
5. Minimum 3 years supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Job Relationship:

1. Reports directly to Supervisor or Plant Manager
2. Endurant manufacturing employees are direct reports.
3. Work with other division leads and supervisors.

Authority:

• Authority to stop production for non-conforming quality or safety compliance.
• May authorize changes in machine or production schedule for department.
• Direct assignments and schedules of Endurant workforce.
• Delegate responsibility and direct personnel to needed work areas.
• Make decisions on product conformance to specifications.
• May authorize product to run on deviation according to procedure.
• Authority to mandate overtime upon Plant Manager's or Supervisors approval, where necessary.
• Assist with employee reviews and refer disciplinary actions.
• To enforce company policies and procedures.

Hours: Monday - Friday; 11:00am - 7:00pm
