Role Job Overview: You will play an important role in our sales and marketing organizations, managing and enriching lead flow, qualifying and converting marketing qualified leads, and generating pipeline for the sales organization. This is an individual contributor role that reports to our Director, Lead Development who values in-the-moment coaching, weekly one-on-ones as well as autonomy to allow you to own your success. Responsibilities and Duties: •Generate new discovery calls and qualified pipeline for the sales team through inbound lead qualification. •Leverage tools such as LinkedIn and Zoominfo to clean and enhance data of MQLs. •Achieving and exceeding weekly/monthly metrics (meetings completed and opportunity sourced.). •Gain/deepen business knowledge through researching how different businesses operate, leadership structures, what their pain points are and challenges they face every day. •Understand prospect pain points, gather technical requirements and correlate business value to customer needs. •Pipeline organization and collaboration with Account Executives, Sales Directors and the Marketing Org for qualified meetings. Profile Requirements •Fluency in English is a must; previous experience with Anglophone clients is a plus. •B2B telephone lead generation or Sales experience (preferred), or entry level. •IT or Software Solutions sales (highly desired). •Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce.com , SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense and Drift (preferred). •Desire to start or grow your tech sales career. •Ability to have discussions at all levels within all businesses from Enterprise to mid-market across all sectors. •High energy, results oriented, self-motivated/self-reliant, team player that can think 'out of the box'.
