Responsibilities :

• Process credits for customers for any corrections needed
• Work alongside Pricing Manager to consolidate bid documents and specifications for submittal
• Understand the primary target business and how to meet deadlines with accuracy and quickness in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible for accurate and timely execution of quotes and sales orders or related documents
• Assist with achieving monthly / annual sales goals within the company as a sales team
• Understand product and market specifications
• Assist and backup outside sales to meet the needs of current and future customers
• Work with mathematical data and item drawings to understand square footage and prices per square feet
• Deal directly with outside sales team and customers by telephone or electronically
• Assist finance with invoicing as needed
• Continuously provide quick turnaround of order entry to meet 24-48 hour shipping deadlines Success criteria’s
