Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at INSIGHT ConneX. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone calls, and maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role also includes executive administrative assistance and performing various clerical tasks.

• Proficient in clerical skills
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with event coordination is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
