Required

• 2-4 years of related work experience at an enterprise level (preferably in a related industry)
• Experience in accounts receivable, cash collections
• SAP system knowledge
• Strong Excel skills - Vlookups, Pivot Tables, etc.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy, handling high volume of priorities
• Knowledge of third party and Electronic Data Exchange (EDI) billing systems

Insight Global's client is partner is seeking an accountant (level 2) to join their team and assist primarily with accounts receivable, cash collections, and SAP functions. This accountant will be working closely with the transactional team that manages cash collections for the Americas Region, so will need to have experience handling high-volume and competing priorities at an enterprise level. They should be strong in accounts analysis and account reconciliation; advanced Excel (Vlookups, Pivots) is required. The typical daily responsibilities include running reports, checking pending payments, communicating with cash applications, flagging invoice disputes, and reducing past dues by contacting customers, P&E, resolutions, etc. This is a large distribution client working with A/R for multiple suppliers and vendors, so prior work experience in a similar industry or at an enterprise level is highly preferred. We are looking for a team player with great communication as they will be working closely with the team lead and guiding others on the team. )
