Responsibilities:
- Perform customer account analysis, including month-end close activities.
- Conduct reconciliations and analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Investigate intercompany reconciliation differences.
- Handle accounts receivable/payable invoicing related to intercompany transactions.
- Address miscellaneous requests related to financial data.
- Conduct analytical reviews for assigned general ledger accounts.
- Recommend adjustments as necessary.
- Participate in system testing and develop test cases.
- Review and document executed test cases.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, emphasizing proper segregation of duties.
Skills Required:
- Financial Knowledge: Understand internal controls, financial transaction recording, and reporting.
- Multitasking: Effectively manage time constraints and handle multiple tasks.
- Independence and Collaboration: Work both independently and within a team.
- Analytical Skills: Collect and analyze data to identify trends and variances. Integrate information from diverse sources. Evaluate accounting transactional data.
- PC Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Access). Familiarity with SAP. Strong problem-solving abilities.
