Compensation:
$18/hr to $20/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
Required Skills and Experience *
•High School Diploma or GED
•1 years’ experience in Accounts Payable
•Ability to handle high volumes of processing invoices (75-100 daily)
•Experience working with Purchase Orders
•Knowledge of entire Accounts Payable process from receiving through payment
•Basic understanding of General Ledger accounts for charging invoices
Nice to Have Skills and Experience
Microsoft 365 experience
Job Description *
Responsible for processing a high volume of primarily non-PO invoices (80-100 daily) is the goal. Will use master spreadsheets to code and route the non-PO invoices then process. This includes hard copy invoices, will need to do clerical work by opening the mail in addition to process electronic invoices in Microsoft Dynamics 365. Must have a strong understanding of Accounts Payable.
