Title: Invoicing Administrator

Location: Carmel, IN (will start at location in Indianapolis and will move to Carmel locations mid-July) The company is taking over a new office space in Carmel

Duration: 6 month Contract to hire

Overview:

Insight Global is looking for an Invoicing Administrator to support one of our largest engineering consulting firms. This individual will support all invoicing and account receivable functions while also providing administrative support for the office.

Day to Day:

• Meeting with the project managers, department managers, and office managers on any account issues and planning accordingly
• Office support of scheduling meetings, and coordinating team events
• Working within excel and other internal systems to ensure all expenses are covered

Must Haves:

• Professional experience working within an AR/AP environment
• Experience within invoicing
• Microsoft excel experience

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
