Bilingual Patient Services Specialist

M-F, no weekends or major holidays!

90 day contract to hire (intention to convert as permanent based on performance)

Insight Global is hiring for a patient services specialist to support our client's outpatient clinic in Orlando, FL. This clinic has a high volume of patient daily and this individual will handle most clerical duties associated with a medical clinic. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a clinic/medical office facility in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

-HS Diploma or GED

-Strong customer service experience

-Healthcare experience (scheduling, insurance, follow-up)

-Bilingual (fluent in either Spanish or Creole)

-Nicotine-free

Plusses

- New patient coordination experience

- Referral coordinating experience

-Urgent care/ED experience

Day-to-Day

They will assist in scheduling new patient appointments, checking patients in, check patients out, assemble new patient and hospital follow up charts, and prepare patient charts. Prep charts ahead for physicians making sure records are up to date with results and information. Reviewing referrals scheduling etc.
