Job Title: Project Manager
Duration: 1.5-2 year long contract

Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience managing capital project ($10-20MM budget)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Scientific, or Mathematical related field
- 5 years of Project Management experience
Nice to Have Skills and Experience:
- GMP experience
- PMP, FPX, or equivalent certification
- Packaging experience
Job Description: Our Consumer Client is seeking a Sr. Project Engineer to plan, manage, and coordinate plant projects revolved around Technical Transfers. This individual will identify and implement process improvements related to customer service, safety, environmental, quality, compliance, productivity, people development and cost. The Project Manager will own and drive change controls in order to implement process improvements as well as support capital projects, site wide initiatives or other projects as needed in the capacity of a project manager or a project team member. They will manage site project portfolio and provide input for strategic business planning as well as facilitate site project review meetings to ensure projects are on schedule. The PM will support New Product Introductions and the Technical Transfer process. They will identify necessary document changes (SOP's and batch records) and revise as needed for projects, Events, and CAPA's in a timely manner.
Compensation:
$55/hr to $65/hr.
*Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
