Job Description: Registered Nurse (13-Week Contract)

Location: Port St. Lucie, FL

Shift: 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday

Dress Code: Medical scrubs (navy or teal)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract with a top insurance company in the US. The role involves providing comprehensive patient care in the field, including home visits and collaboration with a supportive care team.

Specific Duties:

1. Conduct assessments of patients in the field.
2. Perform phlebotomy.
3. Collaborate with the Supportive Care Team.
4. Conduct acute home visits, transition visits, and follow-up home visits.
5. Provide education to patients and their families.

Qualifications/Experience:

1. Preferred: Field-based experience as a Registered Nurse.
2. Required: Florida Registered Nurse License.
3. Required: BLS Certification.

Skills for Success:

• Strong communication and assessment skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Certifications Required:

• Florida Registered Nurse License.
• BLS Certification.

Travel Requirements:

• Daily travel within the Treasure Coast Market.
• Visits to patient homes, clinics, and labs.
