Must-Haves

Understanding of basic contract terminology including Period of Performance (POP), contract numbers, modifications, billing, invoicing, etc.

Basic computer skills using Microsoft Word and Excel to import contract data in a standardized company formats

Job Description

Insight Global is looking to hire a Contract Review Specialist to support a client in Herndon, VA. The customer is consolidating the documents in their office building and this individual will be helping to sort and organize all of the contract documents accumulated over the years. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Reviewing contract documents, modifications, bills/invoices, period of performance statements, etc. to determine if they are still valid or have since expired.

Assess the company’s corporate Closeout Tracker and Federal Closeout System to confirm program and contract status.

Scan relevant documents to the internal system or package the documents to be shipped to their headquarters.

PAY = $20-$24/hr
