Job Description

One of our prominent accounting clients is looking for a Corporate Tax Manager or Senior Corporate Tax Manager to join their Corporate Tax team in Jacksonville or Miami, FL. This individual will play a pivotal role in business income tax planning, ensuring corporate compliance, and managing ASC 740 income tax accounting projects. With a primary focus on fostering client relationships, you will oversee engagement management across various clients, backed by a supportive and resource-rich environment. Collaborate with a dedicated team, including specialists from our Washington National Tax Office, to deliver comprehensive support for all aspects of our clients' tax functions.

• Uphold the utmost professional integrity and confidentiality in all client interactions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Active or pursuing to get CPA in FL
• 4 years of tax compliance/consulting experience
• Recent experience working at a Big4, Top10, or Top20 accounting firm
• Proficiency in corporate income tax and ASC 740
• Strong skills in US GAAP, tax laws, and regulations
• Knowledgeable in state/local taxes, international tax, and transfer pricing
• Excellent client service and communication abilities
• Team player with strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Willingness to travel, as necessary
