Data Entry Specialist plays a key role in the global procurement operations associated with hardware, software, professional services, facilities, marketing, and technology support. You will collaborate with various internal partners and vendors to successfully execute the purchasing process for existing and new commodities. Targeting an hourly range of 20 - 25$ hourly.

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves:
- 2 years of bookkeeping skills (record, organize, management of financial records and transactions)
- BA/BS degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 0-2 years purchasing experience.
- 1-2 years of experience revising and approving PO's and data entry using software in
- Previous experience working Office 365, share point and proficiency in excel
