Data Quality Specialist
Are you passionate about data and data quality? We are seeking an experienced Data Quality Specialist to join our enterprise-wide data governance program. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and improving the quality, and consistency around our enterprise data assets..
The Data Quality Specialist will work closely with Business and Functional areas to improve the quality and value of core data assets, respond to regulatory protection requirements as well as support the strategic requirements of the department.
Responsibilities
* Facilitate the development and implementation of data quality standards and adoption requirements across the enterprise.
* Deliver data quality practices and procedures to business areas.
* Understand and articulate data quality and control requirements and provide directions to the DQ developers and QA analysts.
* Produce and track data quality key performance indicators.
* Oversee implementation of data assets, metamodels, their inter-relations, as well as design and maintain processes to support organizational objectives.
* Responsible for data quality oversight for accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data throughout its lifecycle.
* Develop strategic and collaborative partnerships with the partner data stewards and data engineering team. Ability to become a trusted partner and advisor to all stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience and skill requirement:
* A minimum of 5-7 years of experience working in a data quality team.
* Knowledge of any standard Data Quality tools, iSoda, Monte Carlo, Anomalo
* Strong in writing Python and SQL queries
* Financial industry knowledge
* Regulatory reporting exposure
* Superb verbal, written communication skill
* Collaborates in a matrixed WORK ENVIRONMENT
* Self-driven and takes initiatives.
* Reviews, and provides effective direction to the associates.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with a wide range of individuals with differing opinions and diverse personalities across all experience levels.
