- Data tracking and reporting. Work with the Contractor’s EOP person and third party consultants, and CHOP consultant, to track and report on local trade/personnel participation on project, MBE/WBE subcontracts and minority/women/disabled trades persons project involvement.
- Contractor engagement—meet and greets with MBE/WBE/DBE firms, promote subcontractor engagement with the Contractor, and develop ideas to encourage and promote increased diversity on the program for client review.
- Community engagement- working through Union requirements, communicate job opportunities in the surrounding areas, facilitate introductions/connections between interested trade personnel and companies.
- Drive and manage overall client initiatives as assigned.
Compensation - 100,000-160,000
