Plusses:
- ShipConstructor or Navis software experience
Day to day:
- Working on ECNs
- Updating and finalizing drawings made to piping systems within the vessel
- Making changes to models based on ECNs
Must Haves:
- Must be proficient with AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Excel
- “3D checking “ knowledge
- Associate degree
- 2-5 years of experience with piping/ship design
- Engineering processing knowledge
Plusses:
- ShipConstructor or Navis software experience
Day to day:
- Checking diagrams and designs in 3D AutoCad
- Checking specs of piping systems and ensuring they are NAVSEA compliant
Must Haves:
- “checker 2D” knowledge
- 5 years of experience checking 3D piping
- 2D/3D piping experience
- Proficient in 2D AutoCad
Plusses:
- ShipConstructor or Navis software experience
Day to day:
- Checking diagrams and designs in 2D AutoCad
- Viewing specs in 2D AutoCad
*$5,000 stipend for relocation services
