Job Title: Regional Director of Business Development
Location : Hybrid, Located in Coconut Grove Miami, Florida. Expected to be in the field most days
Compensation: $120k- $130k base. The commission is 15% of gross profit and paid out quarterly.
Interview process: 30 min Team interview with EVP, 2nd round in person with EVP
Day-to-Day:
A client of Insight Global is looking for a Regional Director of Business Development within their Miami, FL market who has specific sales experience with property managers. The majority of this role will be managing sales pipelines, sales processes, and fostering new and existing relationships with landlords or building management of commercial and residential buildings. This individual will have no direct reports and will meet weekly with the EVP and operations team to discuss strategy for the Miami area. There will be no ramp-up time for this position, and they will be expected to bring their own leads and prospects for the area. This individual is required to be bilingual in Spanish and English.
