• Strong communication/sales skills
• Willingness to go door-to-door to support enrollment goals and attend community events.
• Bilingual in Spanish

Job Description:

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Community Canvasser to work closely with the Student Recruitment Team to meet the organization’s enrollment and recruitment goals. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a founding team committed to closing the achievement gap.

•Work with the Student Recruitment Team to review, update and execute the student recruitment plan.

• Supporting reaching benchmarks on a weekly and monthly basis

• Being part of canvassing groups to educate the community about school choice and Vista College Prep

• Attending trainings on canvassing efforts

• Visit daycares, preschools, and other potential sites where students and families may be recruited to enroll.

• Attend community events where students may be recruited.

• Participate in canvassing events in Phoenix and/or Maryvale to educate parents and families about the mission and vision of Vista College Prep
