A partner of Insight Global, a solar cell manufacturer, is seeking a dynamic Process Engineer to join their growing team. The process engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and improving processes to improve quality and efficiency. This candidate will be a highly skilled and motivated Process Engineer with a strong background in Electrical Engineering and Control Systems. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a high pace start-up environment. They will assist in developing best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production and quality of output.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic engineering or related field
• 2-5 years of experience as an electrical engineering or automation engineering
• Experienced in PLC, HMI, VFD, SCADA and other automation control systems
• Extensive experience with automation equipment troubleshooting.
• Experience with vision sensing systems for automated inspection/error proofing.
• Automated machine design and improvement
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiar with data analysis and process simulation software.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
