Day-to-Day: One of our clients is looking for a senior epic hospital billing application analyst. This person will be primarily responsible for supporting ServiceNow tickets, project management and handling upgrades and company mergers with the team.

Serves as a subject-matter expert within Hospital Billing with deep knowledge of the core Epic application, related non-Epic products/applications and the supported operational processes. Work typically focuses on multiple areas of a broad process within the supported application, most often requiring certification in a second core Epic application. Solutions are often complex and may involve new implementations of whole builds, new functionality or features, new vendors, and/or multiple or new integration points across Epic and non-Epic systems with broad implications for user groups.

Applying a consultative approach, engages internal subject-matter experts in operations to understand current and anticipated operational needs. Conducts extensive technology and operations analyses to identify root causes of complex problems. Identifies implications, brainstorms solutions and assesses the best option among many.

Desired Skills and Experience:

4 Years experience as an Application Systems Analyst in Hospital billing

Bachelors Degree OR 6 Years experience as an Analyst and Assoicates Degree

Epic Certification (preferably the HB Resolute Certification)

Experience with MyChart Billing (creating workflows for patient created payment plans to working to implement patient estimates created by patients in MyChart, etc.)

3M Coding experience (strong preference)

Experience with Mapping and build outs
