Insight global is hiring an Administrative Assistant/ EA to support the CEO of a Real Estate Investment Firm in Miami, FL. This will be a contract to potential hire. Daily responsibilities include:
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Greet visitors
- Order meals
- Order supplies and track deliveries
- Perform administrative duties as assigned
- Calendar management
Must Haves:
- 2 years of experience in a fast-paced office setting.
- Ability to commute and working in Miami, FL M-F 8-5.
Plusses:
- Bilingual
- Real Estate Industry experience
- Higher education
