This role will play a critical part on our client's Equity Fund Performance & Analytics team. The team is currently building a platform to automate and centralize fund performance calculations but they have been experiencing challenges with quality assurance. This person will QA testing the fund performance calculations within the platform. Within their Data Warehouse, the team utilizes the tool Pyramid for reporting. This tester will go in to test reports and ensure everything is up to the Business Requirements Documents - for example, ensuring functionality matches the description given and the source file.

This role will be working remotely in India from 1-10pm IST.

Required Skills & Experience
* Detail oriented personality obsessed with getting things right
* 4 years of overall Quality Assurance (QA) testing experience preferably within financial services/private equity/real estate/asset management
* Fund performance experience such that this person has a solid understanding of fund performance calculations and how Private Equity and Real Estate funds work. For example, experience analyzing or testing ROE (Return on Equity) and/or IRR (Internal Rate of Return) of fund performance
* Knowledge of VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) for Microsoft Office
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
* Previous experience as a Business Analyst (BA)
