Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a contract administration or related role
- Experience in an administrative support role within the healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered.
Job Summary:
- Ensuring all contracts and amendments are up to date and accurate throughout their lifecycle.
- Aiding in conflict resolution.
- Managing contract change notices, renewals, and terminations, as necessary.
- Implementing and/or becoming familiar with contract management software.
- Collaborating with internal legal and human resources teams to ensure contracts follow state and local laws and regulations.
- Performing other contract-related duties as necessary.
- managing and reviewing all aspects of the contract insurance matrix
